Returns

We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the received product, you can return it as follows:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
• After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
• Please notify us in advance of your return shipment via: contact@artsfoodproducts.nl.
• Please describe why you wish to return the item.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and sealed packaging. Opened packages cannot be returned. Ensure that the product is well packed to prevent damage during return. Any depreciation due to careless use may be charged to you.

The return costs are at your own expense. Once we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email. Upon approval of the return shipment, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 working days.

If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount including any shipping costs.
