Returns
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return it as follows:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- After cancelling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
- You can easily request a return or cancellation through your customer account. Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@artsfoodproducts.nl.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned together with all supplied accessories, in its original condition, and in its original unopened packaging. Products with opened packaging cannot be returned. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Any reduction in value resulting from improper handling may be deducted from your refund.
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs. Any additional costs for express shipping selected by you will not be reimbursed.
Once we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email. After the return has been inspected and approved, we will refund the applicable amount to your account within 14 days.
